The Russian government is forcing a Pastafarian man to wear his colander at all times while driving or he’ll get arrested. He insisted it was his religious right to wear it while getting his driver’s license photo taken. This guy should be alright, The Flying Spaghetti Monster will look over him as he drives around the Mad Max wasteland that is Russia.
