A true crowd pleaser, this ale is brewed with a slew of specialty grains to provide flavors of sweet malt, caramel and a hint of toffee, which are perfectly balanced by west coast hops with notes of fruit, citrus, and pine.
Javelina IPA
Style: India Pale Ale (I.P.A.)
ABV: 6.5%
For the hophead in all of us, this light colored beer has just enough malt backbone to carry the copious amounts of hops, providing bitterness and big hoppy aroma.
Curly’s Gold
Style: American Wheat
ABV: 5.1%
As our lightest offering, Curly’s combines a subtle malt sweetness with soft bready wheat, which finishes dry making this flavorful beer go down easy.
Belly of the Beast
Style: Bacon Imperial Stout
ABV: 8.5%
A high gravity stout brewed with specialty smoked malts and real bacon, this sweet and smoky beverage can been paired with anything from breakfast to dessert. (And if you’re lucky, with a sprig of bacon.)
