A reporter wanted to call out sick, but instead of just emailing his boss he emailed his entire company of over 200 stations and it set off a chain reaction of people having fun and sending out “prayers for nick” to him on social media. Maybe Prayers For Nick is just a guerilla marketing campaign for health insurance.
