Philly, First Major City To Enact Soda Tax

The Philly City Council just passed a bill to tax 1.5 cents per ounce on sugar sweetened and diet drinks. This should get the Eagles in fighting shape for next season since they’ll be cutting out those delicious beverages during training camp now.
