Most People Only Get About 36 Minutes Of Relaxation A Day
A new study has found that the average person feels so stressed out and over worked that they feel they only get about 36 minutes a day to relax. That comes out to just over three hours a work week. Maybe if they weren’t so busy relaxing, they’d get some work done.
