Pentagon Thinks Putin Has Apergers

USA Today has discovered a 2008 study from the Pentagon that asserts Russian president Vladimir Putin suffers from Aspergers, a form of Autism. The report claims that they could tell from his movements that he has the disorder and that it affects all of the decisions he makes.
