Penn State Students Go On Massive Creepy Clown Hunt

Thanks to some false social media rumors, a good portion of the student body of Penn State decided to run the streets looking for a supposed creepy clown sighting. Turns out it was all a hoax and these kids wasted their high on clowns that didn’t exist.
