Did Paterno Know About Sandusky in 1976!?

Court papers uncovered in a related case this week suggest that Sandusky’s misconduct with children was known decades before Sandusky’s actions became public knowledge, but nothing was done about it. Philly.com reported that PSU paid settlements to put an end to the claims that Paterno and others were aware of the allegations since the 70s.
Let’s put this in perspective. They really had some great defenses over the years.
