Personal Audio LCC, who recently tried to go after the entire podcasting industry, have won $1.3 million in a lawsuit against CBS after claiming ownership over episodic content in regards to how CBS organizes their online content. They’re all set to go after the diner industry next while claiming ownership of the phrase “order up!”
