Palos Verdes Surf No Longer Locals Only

The Palo Verdes beaches have long been kept exclusive thanks to a gang of local surfers that have chased away outsiders by slashing tires and all around harassing behavior. Until now, local authorities haven’t done much about it. But now the California Coastal Commission is planning to ensure public access to the beach and surf.
Soon they will have to open the beach to pimpled back, fat guys.
