In New York , Councilmen Joseph Borelli, Donovan Richards, and Justin Brannan are co-sponsoring a bill which would make it illegal “for a person to send an unsolicited sexually explicit video or image to another person with intent to harass, annoy or alarm such other person” and any dick senders would face up to one year in jail or a fine of up to $1,000 if the bill becomes law. So if you wanna flash you’re gonna need to be able to do it the old fashioned way in person and run away after.
