Nike Made Sure Zion Wouldn’t Go Down Twice

Nike sent its top designers to Durham to work with ZIon Williamson after the injury and then had those designers go out to China to personally oversee the production of his new sneaker that hopefully would not explode upon impact. In Zion’s first game back he was dominant, with 29 points and 14 rebounds. Nike has to lock down Zion or else New Balance will and you’ll see the explosion video in every NBA commercial break for the next 10 years.
