NFL Upholds Brady’s 4-Game Suspension
After rumors of a settlement and owners demanding harsh punishment, Commissioner Roger Goodell has denied Tom Brady’s appeal of a four-game suspension for Ballghazi, the most annoying scandal in sports. Last week, the NFLPA threatened to sue the NFL in federal court if the punishment involved ANY loss of playing time, and the union is reportedly waiting on word from Brady. Ol’ Rog insists the proof of Brady’s guilt is his destruction of the cell phone the league wanted to look at.
So not only will a Goodell punishment overshadow the start of another season, his league may have to go to court over a few pounds of air. Hell of a hill to die on, Rog.
