NFL Suddenly Creates 15 Yard Penalty For “Hold My D*ck”

Showing that they never really learned from making it up as it goes along, the NFL has reportedly told Seattle that if Marshawn Lynch grabs his crotch on Super Sunday, they will penalize the team 15 yards.
