New NY Comedy Club Opens in September with Stormy Daniels, Jeremy Piven and Judy Gold

We always love to hear a new comedy club is opening up particularly in a city that doesn’t already have one. On September 20th, the city of White Plains, New York, finally gets its own headliner comedy club.

White Plains Comedy Club is located within Z Prime Steakhouse at 189 E Post Rd. The owners promise that the showroom will feature some of the hottest names in comedy and entertainment gracing the stage. For now the club plans to run on Friday nights only.

Gracing the stage for the first month of dates are Stormy Daniels, who will bring stories a Q&A and some stand up comedians with her will perform for the clubs’ big Grand Opening on September 20th. The following week features Emmy Award Winning Hollywood superstar turned Headlining Comedian Jeremy Piven. Best known for being one of the stars of HBO’s Entourage, Jeremy has been working the comedy club circuit across the country and said he is looking forward to coming up to White Plains. Following on Jeremy’s heels the week of October 5 is New York legend Judy Gold. Judy has had stand-up specials on HBO, Comedy Central and LOGO. She has written and starred in two critically acclaimed, Off-Broadway hit shows, she’s everywhere on television, won two Emmy awards, and much more. Other announced headliners include Fred Rubino, Goumba Johnny, and puppet act Joselito Dapuppet. We also spotted Mike Cannon, Mitch Fatel, and Talent on the early lineups.

Already sold out is a friends and family opening night show the Thursday before the club’s official open. Performers that night include Christine Meehan-Berg, Chrissy Mayr, Frankie Beccera, Madison Malloy, Joe Pontillo, Jeffrey Gurian, Katie Boyle, Sean Barry, Peter Clark, James Crowley, Oscar Aydin, Kaitlyn Murphy, and Shauna Lane.
