Monica Lewinsky walked out of a live TV interview in Jerusalem on Monday after she was asked if she expected a personal apology from Bill Clinton. Monica says those questions were off limits and once they came up, she chose to walk. The interviewer should have stuck to handbag and handbag related topics.
