Mom Facing Child Neglect Charges For Having Children Walk To School

A Tennessee mother has been charged with child neglect after she made her children walk to school. She was driving ahead of them, allowing them to catch up with her. The children had walked one of the three miles to school before authorities were called. At least it wasn’t an uphill walk in the snow both ways.
