A British mother is taking heat for dressing her 4 year old daughter as a Hooters waitress for a beauty pageant competition. The mother and daughter appeared in a British Channel 5 documentary called “Blinging Up Baby”. Viewers tweeted their disgust after the doc aired. A lot of the complaints called the costume “inappropriate” while others just complained about the wings.
