Michigan has implemented a tiered system of punishment for driving while intoxicated, one of the tier is being “super drunk”. An off duty Michigan deputy got busted for driving with a .22 BAC and he qualifies for the super drunk punishments. So no, Super Drunk isn’t some new comic book trying to appeal to college students, it’s just a terrible crime.
