A masked man who calls himself Peatonito (the Little Pedestrian) is running around Mexico City spray painting crosswalks, harassing bad drivers and doing the job of a traffic cop. He wears a cape sewn by his grandma. Once he gets Mexico City under control, he’ll take aim straight at El Chapo.
