A 20 year-old restaurant worker and gunshot victim realized the coast was clear and quickly posted a photo of his wound to Snapchat and a hospital photo to Facebook. Too bad social media didn’t exist in the 70’s or Altamont & Kent State could have been a lot more light-hearted.
