The FDA is reportedly considering banning menthol-flavored cigarettes altogether, citing a study in 2013 claiming they were harder to quit than non-flavored cigarettes. Cherish your Newports and Kools while you can, and tell your grandchildren that at one point in time, there was this substance called menthol, and it tastes like ice cold minty delicious smoke.
