According to research about 53% of users forget their online passwords every week. A third of shoppers actually drop their order altogether instead of spending the extra 10 minutes to reset their password. MasterCard wants to make things even easier for those people with a new feature that will use a selfie and a fingerprint to check out instead of a password or pin number. The good news is, you won’t have to remember a password. The bad news is now you have to get dressed and showered before you feel comfortable shopping online.
