The LA Rams have hired 30 year old Sean McVay as their new coach, making him the youngest head coach in NFL history. Lane Kiffin was the previous youngest NFL head coach. So McVay has a lot of firings and bad decisions to look forward too if Kiffin’s career is any indication.
