Hotels of the Catskills like the Concord and the Neville welcomed families to swim, sun, eat and watch a never ending line up of comedians in huge theaters. This is ripe for a developer to come in, knock everything down and create Borscht Belt Land, an amusement park everyone could enjoy, complete with a talking animatronic Jackie Mason out front.
