Leonard Maltin is putting out the final edition of his “Movie Guide” which he started in 1969. The comprehensive guide to films for movie lovers is ending with its 2015 edition because now people no longer have a use for a physical paperback reference book when there’s sites like IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes. Times have changed. People just no longer want to take the time to thumb through something as thick as a phone book to find out who played the bad guy in Karate Kid 3.
