Lance Armstrong is speaking in his first interview since admitting to Oprah that he lied about taking steroids during his Tour de France victories. Armstrong says that if it was 1995 and he could take steroids again, he would. Armstrong also says that if he could go back to 1858 he would make those damn seats bigger.
