Kylie Jenner Is Trying To Trademark Rise and Shine
Kylie Jenner filed legal docs asking the feds for ownership of the phrase “Rise and Shine” that would cover belts, pants, coats, dresses, footwear, gloves, headbands, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, sleepwear, socks, swimwear and undergarments … as well as cosmetics. The Kardashians plan on owning the dictionary by 2050.
