The NY Post is quoting Ian Halperin as saying that a former friend of Kim had told him, “It was Kris who engineered the deal behind the scenes and was responsible for the tape seeing the light of day.” He was of course referring to the infamous sex tape of Kim and Ray Jay, that was made in 2003 and “leaked” in 2007.
Vivid Video paid a reported $5 million settlement to the Kardashians or about 110 million less then Hulk Hogan picked up in court.
