Kid Knocks Down $132k Statue, Should Parents Have To Pay?

A child at the Tomahawk Ridge Community Center in Kansas knocked over a $132,000 statue and the center is demanding the family cover the cost. Security camera footage shows the kid hanging on it, then coming back unsupervised handing on it some more and knocking it over. The family received a letter from an insurance company saying they were responsible for the statue because they neglected to monitor their children. If the parents do have to pay, maybe the center can throw in a tote bag or something.
