Kathy Griffin’s neighbor, who was caught on tape yelling expletives and slurs at her, has now filed a restraining order against her and her boyfriend. He says he’s not the bad guy and they now have to stay 100 feet away from him. It’s really too bad Randy’s been pulled into the middle of this.
