Joe Mande Translates Rap Song
Do you have a hard time making out the lyrics of today’s mainstream mumble-rap? If so, don’t worry, you’re not alone. There are plenty of folks around the internet who helpfully provide translation videos, one of them being comedian Joe Mande. As it turns out, rapper Desiigner’s song Timmy Turner isn’t about the star of Nickelodeon’s Fairly Odd Parents, but an ode to tea, meat and turnips. Joe Mande is best known for his Twitter feed, as a writer on Parks and Rec, Kroll Show and Delocated, and for his attempt to become the spokesperson for LaCroix.
