Hi, my name is Joe and I’m addicted to hair plugs. That’s the confession that Joe Buck is making in his new memoir and how it almost cost him his voice. On his 8th hair plug procedure, which Buck was undergoing because he thought he would be cut loose from TV if he went bald, he woke up from the anesthetic to find he couldn’t talk. Then he made up an excuse for that saying, “People would ask, ‘Why is your vocal chord paralyzed?’ I said it was a virus. I didn’t say it was an elective procedure to add hair to the front of my head. It was embarrassing.” This all very cathartic Joe, but now admit that you stand on a box to look as tall as Troy Aikman.
