Two actors that just wrapped up major series are now quickly moving on to their next project. Jane Lynch and Maggie Lawson are going into production on a new comedy pilot for CBS called, “Angel From Hell”. According to Deadline, the sitcom pilot stars Jane Lynch as Amy, who may or may not be an angel sent to Maggie Lawson’s character Allison to help her through her life. Allison is an overly organized perfectionist and questions Amy who claims to be an angel. She thinks Amy is just an eccentric until her guardian angel’s predictions about her life start coming true.

Jane Lynch just finished up a 6 season run as Sue Sylvester on the FOX series, “Glee” and Maggie Lawson has wrapped up two TV series in the past year. She was on the USA Network detective show “Psych” which wrapped up after 8 seasons last year. Maggie also had a major role on the final season of “Two and a Half Men” as a social worker helping Ashton Kutcher and Jon Cryer’s characters adopt a baby. That show aired its series finale after 12 season last month.

“Angel From Hell” is being created by Tad Quill who wrote and produced for the hit TV comedies, “Scrubs” and “Spin City”.
