Out of 125 nations analyzed, Ireland is the one that does the most good for the world, according to The Good Country Index. Libya is dead last and America is 21st. The only thing this teaches us is Guinness, literature, and pipe bombs must have a disproportionate amount of weight when determining “goodness”.
