The Vend is a store in Rock Center that offers a ton of crap you may or may not need on the go. Shirts, toys, food… oh and an $800 diamond engagement ring. Nobody has yet to buy one but the owners are are pretty confident since Rock Center is known for some romantic spots. Just don’t try to buy a second one to jiggle out one that got stuck.
