Detroit is getting the world’s first IHOP and Applebee’s combo restaurant in 2017. There is very limited info on what the menu will be like or what the setup will be, but ask any New Yorker who likes to go to a diner at the end of a long Saturday night, being drunk and getting pancakes is awesome at 3 AM! This is the big thing that is going to put Detroit back on the map!!
