Hawaii Wants To Be First State To Raise Smoking Age To 21

The 50th state wants to be the 1st state to raise the legal age to smoke to 21 years old. A bill passed by Hawaii’s state legislature would keep anyone under 21 from buying, possessing or smoking traditional or even electronic cigarettes. The governor still has to sign it before it becomes state law. Right now, he’s considering a different bill that would prevent middle-age Hawaiians from being able to legally buy Spam.
