Geniuses Set Wet Baseball Field on Fire to “Dry It”
A Connecticut baseball field was destroyed when some officials decided the best way to combat a wet field, was pouring 24 gallons of gasoline and then torching the thing. The soil is not contaminated and the whole field needs to be rebuilt. Luckily, kids barely play baseball anymore.
