Gawker Has Found An Ally Against Peter Thiel

Billionaire and co-founder of eBay, Pierre Omidyar, is apparently lending his support to Nick Denton and Gawker. He’s attempting to rally other media companies to help Gawker and turn their appeal into a free speech issue. Peter Thiel has no comment as of yet, but he’s vacationing inside his volcano lair right now and there’s no cell service.
