Friends Coffee Shop “Central Perk” Opening In NYC

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the TV show “Friends”, Warner Bros is opening a Central Perk coffee shop in SoHo. Central Perk will just be opening temporarily and offering free coffee.
Other things going on at Central Perk according to MTV, include photo opps, sing-alongs with Phoebe’s songs including “Smelly Cat” contests, giveaways and “Friends” merchandise. Plus, the guy that played Gunther will be making special appearances.
The shop will only be open from September 17th to October 18th. But get there early because the same 6 people always take up the couch.
