French Actress Declares Selfies And Social Media Have Killed The Movie Star

Catherine Deneuve, one of France’s most beloved actresses, told a French newspaper:
“A star is someone who must show themselves only a little and remain discreet. With the introduction of the digital age there is an intrusion of everything, everywhere, all the time. We see a tremendous amount of people who are very famous, with millions of followers, and who have done absolutely nothing.”
If making sex tapes and creating reality series around public weddings/divorces is “doing absolutely nothing” then the Kardashians are a lot less busy then we all thought.
