Food and Wine Best New Chef of the year

Food and Wine is doing their annual Best new Chef Article. I have a buddy that after working in some of the great restaurants in the country opened his on TAPAS style restaurant in Portsmouth, NH called MOXY. This guys is really great and keeps getting better. This would be huge for him and our local food scene.. Please take a quick second and vote for Matt Louis:
