Facebook Mum On Why They Left Up The Chicago Torture Video

Facebook has refused to explain why the kidnapping and torture video from Chicago was left up for 30 minutes before taking it down. 16,000 people saw the video before it was taken down and Facebook is also not saying how many if any reported it at the time. This would have never happened on Periscope!
