Snapchat wouldn’t sell to Facebook years ago even though they were offered $3 billion. Now Snapchat is in trouble – Instagram Stories, which is owned by Facebook, has more daily active users. Snapchat’s stock has also recently been downgraded. Once you can superimpose a dog nose on your face in Instagram Stories, Snapchat may as well close up shop.
