Everyone In America Is High All The Time

Illicit drug use is the highest it’s been in the last decade according to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health. The researchers attribute the rise to increased marijuana, painkiller and heroin use among the American people, where one in ten say they’re using an illegal substance.
