At 2:18 PM ET on Wednesday everyone will get a text message from Donald Trump that will be testing a new Presidential alert system that will let any president issue a warning about a crisis. The test will set off the same loud sound used for other alerts. If your cell is on and you have service, you will likely receive it and cannot stop it or opt out much like a track from U2. What’s the over/under on a national “you up?” text?
