Eagles Suing Hotel California

The Eagles are suing a hotel in Baja, Mexico for using the name Hotel California for their establishment. The hotel also sells Eagles merch and plays their music in the lobby. Okay fair enough, but at least let them change it to the Take it Easy Motel.
