Dorms For Grown Millennials Are Coming

One man in Syracuse has a dream to build affordable dorm like housing, which he’s calling Commonspace, for millennials. There will be 21 microunits measuring 300 square feet and common areas for residents to hang out in. There will also be a “social engineer” to plan parties and group events. Think of this as College 2.0 except you’re a lot more depressed since now you have to pay rent and there aren’t any meal plans.
