Donovan McNabb Wasn’t Drunk, He Was On Cough Medicine

At least that’s what he claimed when police officers pulled him over for a DUI. He said he’d been drinking cough medicine and sucking on cough drops. Sure, there was also tequila in his trunk, but that has nothing to do with anything. There was also some pads and a helmet, doesn’t mean he was going to be playing ball anytime soon.
In fairness to McNabb, tequila is probably the only legal thing you’d find in a football player’s trunk.
